Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

FurFree Living is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by customers.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

International Orders

Damaged Items

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
